This is a broad ranging interview in which I explore what has been going on and is happening in China’s economy, what the government has been doing and should be doing to get closure on China’s deep-seated economic problems, and where China is chalking up successful industrial policy and why 90 per cent of the economy isn;t really in these crosshairs and requires extensive structual reforms the government almoist certainly cant sanction for political reasons.
